Official  Purchase Orders

We allow for 30 days credit available for registered organisations (subject to status). We accept official purchase orders from Schools, Nurseries, Local Authorities and other registered organisations. Orders are payable within 30 days of invoice date and can be paid for either by cheque or bank transfer.

Please ensure that you provide the correct billing and delivery address with your order and your order reference / purchase order number, if appropriate.

Bulk Orders

We offer generous discounts on large orders or bulk purchases and can buy in resources specifically to meet your requirements. For more info please call a member of our team on 08443 571 256

Our Order Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order anytime before and up to seven working days starting from the day after the goods are delivered. We are unable to amend an order once it has been submitted, however it may be possible for us to cancel your order on your behalf prior to despatch. If your order has already been despatched when you choose to cancel, please see our returns policy below.

Our Returns Policy

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition for a complete and immediate refund, within 28 days of receipt.
• If the item is damaged or incorrect our customer service team will arrange a replacement.
• Where items are simply no longer required for any reason, the customer will have to pay the cost of returning the goods.
• Authorisation to return goods must be obtained at all times.
• Our refund guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way.

How to return – 3 Easy Steps

1. Call our customer service team, 9am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday on 0844 357 1256  or 07838 102024 and they will give you an authorisation number. Alternatively you can contact us via our website by clicking the contact us section.
2. If your goods need returning please parcel them up with the original documentation and write the authorisation number on the outside of the parcel.
3. If returning in the post, please obtain proof of postage.
Please allow up to 21 days for a refund. Please allow 10 days for a replacement. Damaged or faulty books will be replaced immediately when you contact us.

You can pay for your books online by using any of the following credit or debit cards or  via your pay pal account which is very easy to set up - WWW.paypal.com. We accept:  Paypal,Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discovery.

Other payment methods

Whilst we have taken every possible step to ensure that our website is as secure as possible, we understand that some first time users may still be wary about online security.  Hence, we do allow for  orders to be placed over the phone by with our sales team by calling 0844 357 1256 0r 07838 102024 and the sending of a cheque in the post to the returns address, given in the above section.

Our delivery service

We will strive to ensure that you receive your order within 5 - 10 working days from the date of the order. We use standard Royal Mail 2^nd class post for all our deliveries unless you specifically request a speedier delivery. In which case, please contact  our Customer services team on 0844 357 1256, 07838 102024 or email the team on info@colourfulkids.co.uk , to discuss your requirements.

Our delivery options and prices

Please note that these delivery times are only applicable to online orders. Telephone or  bulk order delivery times may vary.
You will only pay one postage and packaging cost of £2.99 on each order, up to 5 books.

We are currently unable to offer delivery to PO Box numbers.

Overseas delivery

Colourful Kids  Ltd are happy to deliver books worldwide; however, we can only take orders for international delivery by phone or mail. Please call customer services on 0844 35712 56,07838 102024 or email info@colourfulkids.co.uk, if you wish to place an order for delivery outside the UK.
